Propose a program

If you have an interesting, current or entertaining program that you would like to present to fair visitors, please propose a program through eMessukeskus under Programme or send an email to producer Noora Sormunen, noora.sormunen@messukeskus.com by 10.8.2023.  

Book accommodation with a discount price

Book your accommodation at the Holiday Inn – Expo hotel adjacent to the exhibition centre. As an exhibitor you will get a 11 % discount on the daily price. We recommend to book early – the hotel is very popular during the exhibitions.

Update your company profile

We encourage you to update your company profile through eMessukeskus under Market your participation no later than 20.9.2023 for it to appear in the exhibition information sent to all event attendees.

Register co-exhibitors

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) latest on 20.9.2023 and ensure their visibility in the exhibition info distributed to all event attendees.

Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus.

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors taking part is € 390.

Invite your customers to the event

This event uses electronic, cost-free eInvitation which allows you to reach hundreds of customers with just one click – easily, ecologically and free of charge! The invitation can be customised with your own greeting as well as photos of your company.
The eInvitation tool and usage instructions can be found through eMessukeskus website for exhibitors (under Invite your customers).

Send the most eInvitations and win a visibility package!

The company that sends the most eInvitations by 23th October will be rewarded with visibility on the event’s electronic signage for the duration of the event. The value of the prize is € 2,500. Participation is easy. Just send as many invitations as possible to your networks!

Update your stand programme

Does your stand offer a specific programme during the event? Update the programme through eMessukeskus (under Programme) to ensure its publication on our event website – this will guarantee your visibility completely free of charge.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Structures and furniture can be ordered on eMessukeskus under Order products and services. Placing your order by 27th of March 2023, you will acquire the products at a lower cost. Save money by placing your order in advance!

  • Prices will increase by 20 % on the 28th of September
  • Prices will increase by 50 % on the 18th of October
  • Prices will increase by 100 % on the 31st of October

Structures over 250 cm 
Any stand constructions exceeding 250cm are considered additional advertising space and are subject to an extra charge, the minimum charge is 450. Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental. Any structures higher than 250cm have to be approved by a Technical Coordinator of the exhibition centre at least 45 days prior to the event.Please send the information to: osastopalvelut@messukeskus.com for approval.

Submission of graphic material

If you have ordered graphic products or if your stand includes graphic products, please remember to send the necessary materials to graphics@messukeskus.com by 1.10.2023 at the latest. A 50% surcharge will be added to orders submitted late.

Passes during the construction and exhibition phases

You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus (Submit Passes tool opens on week 40). The pass holder can print it in advance through the email link or the pass can alternatively be printed at any of the entrances of Messukeskus or at our Exhibition Office.

You are able to create as many passes as necessary.

The exhibitor’s pass is for the event staff of your stand. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NoHo Partners cafes).

The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor’s pass is free of charge.

Badge pockets for passes are available at Messukeskus’ entrances and the Exhibition Office.

New passes as identification! In addition to visitors, each exhibitor receives a pass to be printed on site at the entrance that will be attached to a lanyard available at the entrance. The pass tells the name and company. Each participant must print the pass at the entrance, it cannot be printed in advance.

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets.

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. This will ensure that overlapping events can be avoided.

Network easily with Tavata

You now have the opportunity to get the most out of networking at Teknologia event! With networking tool Tavata you can see other attendees beforehand and book 15 minute meetings at the numbered tables on spot. You can find the marked meeting-area at the event venue. Don’t miss out on the chance to find new cooperation opportunities, ideas, customers, experts, and other useful contacts! A part of the contact finding process is already taken care of, as Tavata matches you with the best suitable contacts based on your interests.

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction phase as well as the opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders.

Messukeskus’ restaurant services

NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer.

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. Read more about available security services on eMessukeskus website under Products & Services page. After first selecting your event, move further to product category Safety (under Stand services).

Exhibitor’s own network

We have improved your network services!

From now on, corporate customers will be served by their own wireless network called Messukeskus Exhibitor at Messukeskus. The network is separate from the Messukeskus network used by our visitors. The password for using the network can be found in eMessukeskus and we will also provide it to you in a customer message before the event. We also offer corporate network solutions as an additional service to meet your needs, wired or wireless. Our contact person will help you with practical questions. We will continue to invest in excellent telecommunications connections. Welcome to use Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s efficient network services!

Exhibitors’ Lounge and restaurant services

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is available during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found from the 2nd floor in the Siipi conference area. The door code is 0956. The code is presented in the electric pass. You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.

Buffet lunch is served in Fair Buffet by Pihka, Pihka & Bar and restaurant Mesta on the 2nd floor of the Siipi conference area.
