Women in Tech Finland (WiT) is a dynamic community dedicated to fostering a more diverse and inclusive technology industry. Established in 2012, WiT brings together individuals and organizations to create opportunities for participation, recognition, and advancement of women and underrepresented groups in tech. Through inspiring events, role model stories, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we aim to empower the next generation of tech leaders. With 50 member organizations, WiT serves as a platform for networking, learning, and collaboration in the Finnish tech ecosystem.
