Companies – take part in Student Day and discover the top talents of the future!

The shortage of skilled professionals in the technology sector is constantly accelerating, and competition for talent is fierce: within just a few years, the shortfall is expected to grow to as many as 40,000 employees. Take advantage of the Future Employer Theme Day and recruit new industry professionals into your team!

Participation in the Future Employer Theme Day is now open – we will provide further information in our exhibitor communications.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 4 November.

The registration has ended – thank you for all who signed up!

Why participate?

Boost your recruitment and employer brand

The Future Employer theme day is intended for university students and career changers interested in the technology sector. Bring your company’s HR representative to the stand to talk about job opportunities at your company and improve your position in the recruitment market.

Ensure that the people responsible for school cooperation, student projects, and recruitment are available to students during the day. Also, remember international students as future employees.

Reach the talent

The day’s programme is designed especially with students and jobseekers in mind. On Tuesday, the semi-final of the Amazing Robots competition, aimed at students in the field, will take place.

After the stage programme, students will have time to visit your stands. The Student Day will conclude with a joint afterwork event for students from 3 to 5 p.m.

Stand out from the crowd

We recommend planning a tailored stand programme for students in advance if you would like them to spend more time at your stand. The participating companies and their student-focused stand programmes will be showcased on the Future Employer page (the list will be published in September 2025).

All participating companies will also be included in the Student Day map, which will be distributed to students on site. Students will receive a stamp on the map when visiting your stand. In addition, all participating companies will be provided with a Future Employer visibility element for their stands.

Tips for success on the Future Employer Theme Day

Sign up for Student Day

Registration for the Future Employer Day is now open. Participation is free of charge. Register via the form by 30 September 2025.

All participating companies will be included in the Student Day map, which will be distributed to students on site. All companies and the opportunities they offer students will also be presented on the website. The list will be published in September 2025.

Visibility and map

All stands participating in Student Day will be provided with a Future Employer sticker for visibility, as well as a badge to be worn on clothing, which we hope will be visible to your staff. In addition, you will receive stamps for the students’ maps. These will be delivered to your stand during the final set-up day. Extra badges can be requested from the exhibition office during the event.

Companies will be included in the students’ orientation map, and participating companies will be listed with introductions in the Student Day materials. Students collect 10 stamps on the orientation map, after which they can enjoy a complimentary drink at the After Work.

Company Presentation and Stand Programme

Share what you can offer students: summer jobs, internships, entry-level positions, or thesis opportunities. Many students are looking for thesis opportunities, an internship, or a job as they approach graduation. Please also keep in mind the international students who will be attending the event.

Bring an HR representative to the department to talk about job opportunities at the company and other topics of interest to students. Make sure that on Tuesday, November 4, you have people on hand who are responsible for recruitment, final projects, and student projects.

If you would like students to spend more time at your stand and to get to know them better, we recommend arranging refreshments to offer visiting students throughout the day. We also suggest organising engaging activities, such as light-hearted tasks that students can complete during their visit.

If you wish, you may set up a separate registration for refreshments at your stand or invite students from specific fields to join. We can publish the company’s own participation link on the Technology Student Day page.

Sponsor the Students’ After Work

By sponsoring the Future Employer Student Day, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your visibility in connection with the student day. Sponsors of the Future Employer Student Day will be visible with their logo or name on signs at the event, as well as in advance on the Future Employer Student Day page and on LinkedIn. In addition, sponsors will be mentioned on the Student Day map.

By sponsoring the Future Employer Student Day, you will be enabling students to attend After Work. The After Work event for students will be held at the end of the event day on Tuesday, November 4, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Baddington Pub in the Messukeskus Expo and Convention Center. Sponsors can bring their own roll-up banners or brochures to the pub for this event.

The sponsorship fee for the Future Employer Student Day is €500, VAT 0%. The fee will be invoiced on the venue rental due date, September 5, 2025. Confirm your sponsorship via the registration form.
